SALON POLICIES
We love hair, we love people, and we love the relationships we make through our work. We feel blessed by our clients, their friendship and their support. That said, our salon is still our work place, and like all work places we have to have a few guidelines. Please review them and help us keep our work place a special environment where you can come enjoy some well deserved pampering and relaxing.
Children- We love our kids and we love your kids. We are happy to provide your children with salon services but without services please consider the moment and be mindful of other people who are here to relax.
Late Policy- We know things come up and if you are running 10 mins late, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are later than that, we are happy to reschedule your services.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy - We were looking forward to seeing your face and we saved time just for you! So unless you are bleeding to death, we will have to charge you for 20% of your scheduled service if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
Satisfaction - We can’t fix what we don’t know is broken. It is our job to provide you with services you love! Please feel comfortable enough to tell your stylist if anything needs to be changed. Each stylist here is running their own business (hours, prices, techniques, etc.) We also understand if you would prefer to change stylists. Please don’t ever feel bad for doing so. We all share our clients and just want you to be happy!
